We have a well-seasoned, experienced and very dynamic team committed to steering the affairs of the two companies, coupled with the vast experiences gained by ASEMPA from various cocoa companies, we have resourceful management teams from all spheres of management notably finance and administration, operations, human resource, law, banking and sustainability management.

John Blevins is a licensed attorney and real estate professional with more than two decades of experience spanning law, title insurance, real estate development, and business leadership. He holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Baltimore and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Vanderbilt University, and built his early career as a practicing attorney in Baltimore, Maryland, including as Shareholder and Co-Managing Partner of Lentz, Hooper, Jacobs & Blevins, P.A. and Sole Owner of the Law Office of John F. Blevins. From 1996 to 2004, he served as President and General Counsel of Ambassador Title Corporation and held title agent roles with Security Title Guarantee Corporation, Chicago Title Corporation, and First American Title Insurance, giving him deep expertise in real estate closings, contracts, and complex commercial and consumer financing transactions.

Vincentia Blevins brings more than 20 years of client-facing experience in the financial services industry across both the United States and Ghana. She currently serves as a Relationship Banker at Bank of America in Clearwater, Florida, where she manages wealth and trust relationships for high-net-worth individuals and families, develops new business accounts, and ensures compliance with anti-money laundering (OFAC) and wire transfer regulations. Her career includes senior banking roles at PNC Bank and nearly a decade at Cal Bank PLC in Accra, Ghana, where she worked as a Know Your Client (KYC) Analyst in the Anti-Money Laundering department, an Assistant Manager in Wealth Management, and a Relationship Manager — experience that gives her deep, firsthand knowledge of Ghana's banking systems, financial compliance environment, and business culture.

Frank Asiedu is Shareholder, Director, VP of Operations, Ghana, also Board Chairman of Asempa Sourcing Ltd, and an experienced Business Development Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the international trade and development industry. Skilled in food security, Bottom of the Pyramid Business, Sustainable development, Rural Development, Behaviour Change Communication, and Proposal Writing. Strong business development professional graduated from Universita degli Studi di Torino / University of Turin.
