John Blevins

John Blevins is a licensed attorney and real estate professional with more than two decades of experience spanning law, title insurance, real estate development, and business leadership. He holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Baltimore and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Vanderbilt University, and built his early career as a practicing attorney in Baltimore, Maryland, including as Shareholder and Co-Managing Partner of Lentz, Hooper, Jacobs & Blevins, P.A. and Sole Owner of the Law Office of John F. Blevins. From 1996 to 2004, he served as President and General Counsel of Ambassador Title Corporation and held title agent roles with Security Title Guarantee Corporation, Chicago Title Corporation, and First American Title Insurance, giving him deep expertise in real estate closings, contracts, and complex commercial and consumer financing transactions.

Today, John is a Licensed Real Estate Professional and NAR-Certified Pricing Strategy Advisor based in Tampa, Florida, with hands-on experience in commercial and residential sales, leasing, and development from both the broker and developer perspectives. He has been consistently recognized for his legal compliance expertise, investment strategy acumen, and ability to serve as a subject-matter expert and trusted resource for cross-functional teams. A Captain in the U.S. Army Reserves (honorably retired, secret security clearance), John brings the same discipline, leadership, and attention to detail that defined his military service to his work founding and guiding FINECOMEX, INC's international business and investment ventures.
